learned how to make a ribbon rose in class 4. not sure what else i want to do to this cake yet.... 
my 2 tier cake came out amazing.... i had never tried the lace (called cornelli lace)- but i saw it somewhere and decided i really liked it and Carol (my teacher) explained how to do it so that i could try it.
keep in mind this is after transporting the cake home...i didnt really plan well for the transportation aspect, and it bumped into the box a few times. i know better for next time!
